All donations will be placed into a separate bank account created specifically to handle any funds designated for FIRST.

In order to ensure that 100% of the donations are received by the intended recipients, monetary donations will only be made to registered international organizations or their local chapters/associates, and/or by supplying materials, equipment, supplies, and the like, purchased by Sanctuary Resorts or their trusted Associates with and through local resources.

Corporate Governance will be provided by a third party independent audit company yet to be assigned.
