Komang Sarjana appointed Food & Beverage Manager
Komang brings 14 years experience in Food and Beverage. A stack of beneficial skills and knowledge he has gained through those valuable years that will optimistically be supportive to the resort’s existence and development.
He was most recently in charge at the well known Kafe Warisan in Bali. Prior to that he worked at the 5-stars Kanuhura Sun Resort and Spa in Maldives, also member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World right after his tenures at the Aston Hotel & Tower in Jakarta and the award winning Banyan Tree Bintan respectively.
Having worked in a big and distinguished properties, managed several F&B outlets all at once, teamed up with a number of people with various nationalities, Komang is very enthusiastic to unify his energizing creativity with the “body, mind, and spirit” philosophy attached to Sanctuary Resorts.
In his capacity, he will be responsible of the entire Food & Beverage operations at The Balé including Faces, the Gourmet Restaurant and rated as one of the best kitchens in Bali by Conde Nast Traveler, the recently opened Restaurant at The Sanctuary Spa specialized in Spa Cuisine, while supervising other areas including the development of the upcoming Bar & lounge by the main poolside.
